May 3:  6:00 pm, join ZAP at the Portland Area Global AIDS Coalition’s World AIDS Orphans Day event at Mercy Corps, 28 SW 1st Avenue, Portland, OR.  Great speakers, world market & information from over 20 international organizations working directly or indirectly with people and families impacted by HIV/AIDS, delicious hor d’oevres, wine, beer, non-alcoholic beverages, and music for a “Party with a heart!”

Apr 28, 3-8 pm: Join us at ZAP for ZAP’s Spring International Celebration!  Our partners are Jubilee Oregon and the NW Fair Trade Coalition.  Co-sponsors include: Portland Area Global AIDS Coalition, Portland-Mutare Sister City Association, Ko-Falen Cultural Center, African Creations, LLC and others.  We will have a special guest speaker from Zimbabwe, fairly traded items for sale from around the world, music, snacks, a craft table for kids of all ages and lots of fun!  107 SE Washington Street, 1st floor, (just follow the music), Portland, OR 
Apr 27-May 31: We are thrilled to host Woman, Mother, Artist:  An Exhibit of Weya Art, on the first floor of our building, Olympic Mills Commerce Center, 107 SE Washington Street, on the entire first floor!  Come and see special project artwork, personal stories by the artists, art featuring the impact of HIV and AIDS in rural Zimbabwe, and so much more.  The exhibit is open any time the building is open, stop by anytime.
Apr 22-Jul 13:  See ZAP art at Portland Center Stage’s production of Black Pearl Sings! Studio Level in the Gerding Theater at the Armory, 128 NW 11th Avenue, Portland, OR.  PCS is a public building.  Art can be viewed Monday – Friday, 10am – 5:30 pm, Saturday and Sunday Noon – 5:30 pm and later in the evenings when performances are held.
